Mix home-made or health shop bought St John’s wort oil with wintergreen essential oil and lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia) essential oil, to boost its healing power.

To make this elixir, take a lovely glass bottle, pour 100 ml St John’s wort oil in it, add 100 drops wintergreen essential oil and 25 drops lavandin essential oil. Close tight and stick a label on the bottle, indicating its content. Give it a good shake before using it to massage the disaster areas.

This magic mix works wonders to ease painful joints and other rheumatism linked pains, inflammation, including nerve pain.

Keep this precious liquid in the fridge. Take it out 1 hour before using it for your massages.

A word of caution: due to its essential oils content, don’t use it on children, pregnant and lactating women.
