Sex makes you smarter

On March 2nd, 2015, an article in the most serious Wall Street Journal enraptured baby-boomers: a study showed that sexually active and satisfied seniors performed much better on tests of cognitive function than those who, sadly, had given up on the joys of sex.

A year later, deliriously happy British scientists confirmed that among the 58-98-year olds, those who indulged in frequent, regular sexual activity scored higher on an array of mental tests. These lucky creatures also enjoyed better concentration, memory, verbal fluency, higher analytical capacities and sharper minds. Dopamine, released during sexual activity, is associated with feelings of euphoria, bliss, motivation, and concentration.

Crosswords and Sudoku are excellent brain stimulants, but they only engage one part of the brain whereas a good orgasm stimulates the WHOLE brain.

MRIs show that, during orgasm, the brain is better irrigated and neurons, noticeably more active, use more oxygen. It is a more oxygenated blood that reaches its lovely convolutions, laden with the best possible food to boost them.

Final surprise: high quality orgasms, boost brain cell growth in areas of the brain associated with memory, such as the hippocampus.

Scientists found that sex could improve your memory when you're older, with results showing a direct correlation between more frequent sexual activity and memory performance. But for this to work, you need to have regular sex. If you don’t, in spite of the new neurons, it doesn’t work,

A healthy brain boosts your sex life and a good sex life benefits your brain.
